Elin Guenther joined Coleman | Hines in September 2002 as a finance consultant charged with converting and updating the accounting and invoicing systems. She has worked with the leadership team to design and implement updated cash management and accounting processes, procedures and reporting. In June 2008 she joined the leadership team as Vice President of Finance with responsibilities as liaison to the outside accounting firm, bankers, retirement consultants, corporate human resources partner and overseeing office administration.
Her internal role is to oversee the finance department, cash flow management, and to provide internal support to the leadership and operations teams. Her 30 years direct business experience in the service, hospitality, and construction industries provides key insight to the budget and operations processes both internal and external.
She has operated a consulting practice in Phoenix, AZ since 1989, and has taught accounting for entrepreneurs at the community college level. She is a developer-licensed trainer on a variety of small business management and accounting software.
