Emilio Soto joined the Coleman Hines team in 2007. In his current role as Manager of Systems Development, he is responsible for leading the planning, design, development and deployment of Coleman | Hines’ integrated Client Services Platform – including databases, applications and other business intelligence capabilities.
His responsibilities also include leading initiatives that establish, document, implement and maintain Coleman | Hines’ quality management system using standards such as ISO 9000 and Six Sigma.
With over ten years of experience in financial analysis, systems development and quality management, Emilio has led the implementation of numerous projects that resulted in greater client satisfaction, reduced operating expenses, shorter cycle times, and increased productivity. In his current role, Emilio continues to manage budget services including budget development, variance, forecasting, and other budget oriented analysis.
Prior to joining Coleman | Hines, Emilio spent seven years in supply chain management, systems development, process management, and other analytical roles. This included roles in large international financial services and logistics organizations where he led implementation of global systems, supply chain measurement and service level agreement programs, ISO 9000 compliance and Six Sigma initiatives.
