Neil Young, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), has over 15 years of direct energy industry experience. As Manager, Corporate Sales & Services at Coleman Hines (CHI), Neil’s responsibilities include client care for many national accounts as well as business development.
Neil’s previous experience and skills uniquely qualify him for this position as he brings knowledge in demand-side management including energy equipment evaluation, lighting retrofits, solar installation analyses, and energy management system (EMS) implementation and support. His business analysis experience extends to budgeting and forecasting of energy utilities for multiple retail and restaurant companies.
Neil brings a strong customer service and leadership background that has been instrumental in assisting retail executives and management to meet their goals. Neil has been recognized on multiple occasions by CHI’s clients for his dedication, passion and thoroughness in meeting their needs.
A native of Texas, Neil holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston.
